*  The OPC configuration editor did not scale the display properly on systems that
   used the display DPI scaling other than 100%. This was most noticeable on the
   new Ultra HD 4K displays. The problem has been corrected.
   
*  Some components have been updated to ensure consistency among
   all OPC products.

2. System Requirements
----------------------
*  Data Logger Version 9.0 requires the 32- or 64-bit
   edition of one of the following operating systems:
   Windows 10/8/7 SP1/Server 2016/Server 2012/Server 2008 R2 SP1.
