They support 32-bit and 64-bit Windows 10/8/7 SP1/Server 2016/Server 2012/Server 2008 R2 SP1 applications, and 16-bit DOS and Windows (Win16) applications. 2.0 What's New in MBX Driver Suite 9.0 -------------------------------------- 2.1 Common Updates ------------------ * Some configuration editors and utilities did not scale the display properly on systems that used the display DPI scaling other than 100%. The problem was most noticeable on the new Ultra HD 4K displays. All affected applications have been corrected to properly handle the display’s DPI scaling. * Occasionally, Windows Updates were corrupting the MBX devices configuration located in the Windows registry. To prevent future corruptions, the configuration information has been moved to a different location. * The Windows Start menu shortcuts are properly installed and handled on all supported Windows versions. * Some components have been updated to ensure consistency among all MBX products. 2.2 MBX Driver -------------- * The support for the legacy non-Plug-and-Play adapters, such as the SA-85, SM-85, AT-984, MC-984, and Atrium, has been removed. 3.0 Installation ---------------- This procedure will install version 9.0 of the software. 3.1 Installing the Product -------------------------- The MBX Driver Suite uses the Installation Manager for controlling the installation/upgrading process of the selected MBX products. To start the Installation Manager, use one of the following procedures: Auto-run -------- Insert the MBX Driver Suite DVD into the DVD drive and let the auto-run start the Installation Manager. Manual start ------------ Run the Setup.exe file found in the MBX Driver Suite DVD root directory. Click the Start button and select Run from the menu. In the dialog box, enter: {DVD_drive_letter}:\Setup.exe Alternatively, you can double click the Setup.exe file from the Windows Explorer. Note: For systems without a DVD drive, you can use a network DVD drive to install the MBX Driver Suite. 3.2 Uninstalling the Product ---------------------------- To remove the MBX Driver Suite, click Programs and Features in the Control Panel.
